Partner FAQ
Is there a fee to join?
No. Both slabs are free to join. You only need to meet the requirements for your slab.
When and how are commissions paid?
Within 30 days after we receive the customer's payment, in AED, against your tax invoice. VAT is added where it applies.
What is deal registration?
Tell us about an opportunity before you quote. Once we accept it, the deal is protected for you for 90 days (SME) or 120 days (Enterprise), so no one else earns on it.
Who supports the customer?
For referrals, we do. Resellers handle first-line questions and we handle the rest. Enterprise implementation partners deliver support themselves with our second-line backing.
Can I move from SME to Enterprise?
Yes. When you meet the Enterprise requirements, ask your partner contact and we move you up from the next quarter.
Can I sell outside the UAE?
Yes, anywhere in the GCC, as long as the deal is registered with us first.
